Inside This Challenge
Most "fears" are paper tigers - oversized in imagination, tiny in reality. This sprint goes after them one at a time. You name your top three fears, stress test what's actually true about each, do the smallest brave thing in the right direction, send the hard message you've been avoiding, walk into a room you usually avoid, stack two fears in a single day, and finish with a brave default that compounds. By Day 7 you're not fearless - you're someone who acts even when fear shows up. That's a permanent shift in how your life moves.
